Equipment Introduction

This fiber-delivered YAG laser welding machine uses a pulsed laser source. The laser is generated through rare earth ion excitation and transmitted via optical fiber to perform high-precision welding. By adjusting peak power, frequency, and pulse width, it enables precise control of each weld.

Equipment Features

● Integrated CNC or PLC control, easy to operate
● PC-based system for simple programming and maintenance
● Supports spot, butt, overlap, and seal welding for straight lines, arcs, or custom paths
● All-in-one interface: graphics, monitoring, programming, motion control
● Real-time control without extra plug-ins
● Four-channel time/power splitting for multi-station welding
● 4-axis motion control for path teaching and programming
● Multi-language interface (Chinese, English, etc.)

Application Areas

With high beam quality and strong weld strength, it’s suitable for:

  • Mobile devices

  • Automotive parts

  • Kitchen & bathroom hardware

  • Small appliances and precision components

No consumables, long lifespan, and low maintenance—widely used in modern laser welding.

1. What materials can be welded with a handheld laser welder?
It is suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized sheets, and other metals. Welds are strong, with minimal deformation and smooth surface finish.

2. What are its advantages, and who is it ideal for?
Flexible and easy to operate, ideal for small-batch, customized production. Commonly used in sheet metal, kitchenware, windows, doors, and enclosures.
Typical applications include vacuum flask welding and stainless steel seams. It supports welding thickness from 0.5–7mm (single side) or 1–8mm (dual side), all with handheld operation.

3. What is the weld strength and appearance? Is post-processing required?
Welds are smooth and aesthetically pleasing, usually requiring no post-processing. Strength exceeds traditional TIG welding—perfect for visible weld areas.

4. Is training required? Can non-technical staff operate it?
Yes, it supports quick training. With multilingual interface and safety features, operators can typically get started within 1–2 hours.

5. Does it support multiple welding techniques? Any requirements for filler wire?
Yes, it supports butt, lap, fillet, and inner/outer arc welds. The gap between parts should be within 2mm—beyond that, welding becomes ineffective. Recommended wire diameter is 0.4–1.6mm. It uses auto wire feeding; thicker wires may jam. That’s why we always ask customers first: what material are they welding, and how wide is the seam?
